[Leica] Repair Help......

I'm working from old knowledge, it happened to me about six years ago, but
the basic disassembly is correct.  I was looking at my MDa.  Just be gentle
and you'll figure it out.  The little set screw on the side is the key,
though.  This is easy, just be gentle.

In fact, I think Kyle's old page, now gone was derived from my fix.  The LUG
IRC was where we discussed it.
