It works fine if you get a quality adapter. I swear by the ones from  
Stephen Gandy (www.cameraquest.com). Best to stick to the longer  
lenses and macro--I have used my 100mm Apo Macro on both Canon and  
Olympus bodies. If your Canon body has interchangeable screens, then  
get one with a focusing aid in the middle, it helps a lot.
