My trusty CRT started flaking out on me a little over a month ago, so I
nervously entered the world of LCDs.  I went with the NEC 2690.  Couldn't be
happier.  B&H offers free 3-day shipping to NAPP members
(http://www.photoshopuser.com).  NAPP membership is $99 a year and includes
a magazine and other benefits.  Shipping would have been $50.  My NAPP
membership for this year has already paid for itself just from free
shipping.  :)

I have no interest in NEC, B&H, or NAPP other than being a satisfied
customer.  :)
