I agree!  I'm archiving the RAWs on 1TB external hard drives.  The 
SmugMug jpegs are for total disaster prevention - like tornados, 
hurricanes, and nuclear war - in which case I probably wouldn't care 
whether I had backups or not!  I hope the price of online storage 
comes down as much as other storage has.
