There's no reason you can't dance along while working on the 
computer.  Only two hands are involved with either process ;-)  I 
keep NPR on most of the time but occasionally, especially during 
elections, I listen to music radio and rock right along.  I have a 
jogging trampoline in my office and make it a point to jog at least 5 
minutes of every hour.  Otherwise, I couldn't keep carrying these 
Leica M's around everywhere.
