Unless you will accept a lot less than the retail value, sell it here.....
Dealers and stores must make a profit, and used stuff is where they can make
some.( new cameras, are not!) 

Ebay is a wildcard... with the new rules on forcing you to accept PayPal, (
I think that is correct), the real crooks are liable to be more
prevalent....   They can say you never shipped it, they never received it,
it was broken and they returned it,.... etc....   And Paypal will give them
back their money, right out of your pockets......

Ebay is fine for cheap stuff, but on roughly $3-5K of stuff, I would not
take the chance......

On a second note: where is the best, safest and most reliable site to  
sell Leica gear these days? Is it best to sell privately or to ship it  
off to Tamarkin, KEH, et al, and save oneself the hassle of dealing  
with potential rip-off artists?
