Make a trip down to Palo Alto and visit Keeble & Shuchat instead. I
have had some bad experiences at Gasser, and I cannot recommend going
there to anyone.

Must see? The new California Academy of Science for sure. DeYoung,
SFMoMA, are good too. Are BALUGs up to gathering, perhaps?

I really enjoy touring wineries up north, as well.

Yosemite isn't too far, and makes a nice (but long) day trip, though
an overnight stay is highly recommended. Big Sur, Marin Headlands for
some incredible landscape.
