Wow.  Did the necessity for these survive the advent of today's fancy
synthetic oils?  I know that in these relatively temperate
halfway-down-the-lower-48 parts, I haven't had a gummy winter start
since I abandoned dino oil, but I've certainly never tried to maintain a
car in REAL cold.
