Bill,

I have enjoyed your glimpses of the past and hate to see them end.  However, 
in the case of this one, I would debate what is depicted.  From growing up 
on a farm in the 1930s, I would suggest that the item shown is the remains 
of a horse-drawn mower, not a "plow".  The mower blade and end-plate are 
visible in the weeds.
