Frank, I believe that is true of the new 50mm f/0.95 Noctilux that, in 
addition to extraordinary wide-open perfomance has an utterly phenomenal 
stopped-down performance. If I recall, the MTF curves of the f/1 at medium 
apertures don't match the 50 Summicrons. I'm looking for them.   :-)
