Subject: [Leica] FYI: NIkon price increases

Could the dreaded stagflation be on the horizon? Hopefully not, but a
lot of what I'm reading reminds me of the '70s. Rising prices in
prolonged recession. There's not a lot anyone can do to fix it.  Again,
I hope that's not the case.

Since last spring the Japanese Yen has gained 70% against the 
Canadian Dollar and nearly 50% against the US Dollar. That's a bit 
too much to absorb for the distributors.
