Dear LUGgers, to further improve the efficiency of your mail reading, we
hereby recommend the following actions to be taken, to be done in 4 phases:

Phase One:
All mail subjects should be tagged. OT: for off-topic. IMG: for images,
OT-W: for off topic watch, OT-WH for off topic Whiskey, OT-SMWH for off
topic single malt whiskey and so on and so forth. If your subject line does
not contain a tag, one shall be automatically generated for you, e.g. MWR:
refers to Mark's Witty Remark. MNSGR: refers to Mark's Not So Good Remark.
An AI filter will be installed to scan the content of your message and an
appropriate tag will be used.

Phase Two:
The AI filter will be upgraded so the entire content of the message will be
summarized as tags, e.g. MWROPHPT refers to Mark's Witty Remark On Political
Humor Phrase Twelve. All posted images will be losslessly compressed into a
100x100 image.

Phase Three:
As the AI filter processes more messages, it will assign a single integer to
denote a message, hence "1" will refer to this message. When a subject
invariantly comes up, then the AI filter will simply use the previous
integer assigned to it, thus greatly reducing the amount of mail you will
have to read. All posted images will be losslessly compressed into a 10x10
image.

Phase Four:
All incoming mail to LUG will be dropped with no acknowledgement, instead
the AI filter will send out a random number to all subscriber for each
incoming message. Anyone who dares to post images will be bombarded with 10
messages with the subject header: 761542932001729. Further offense will be
dealt with by 100 messages and so on.

Hereby respectfully submitted
