If you're considering a DMR
and want the finest ergonomic experience
with the R lenses
I recommend that you don't hesitate
to remain with Leica for the body.

maintaining the auto stop down
and the superior view finder
make it and it's lenses
a pleasure to use.

These are systems;
and while the dizzying array of adapters
provide great fun and
a huge amount of potential flexibility
between systems;
in my experience -
the system parts work best with one another.

Before acquiring the DMR
I was very happy to use the R glass on the 5D.
But now it makes little sense from either an ergonomic
or quality perspective.

The 5D is much more fun to use with Canon lenses.
and
The R lenses are much more fun to use on the R bodies.
