Subject: [Leica] R lenses on any Digital body

When I had the 1D Mark II, I bought a replacement screen for it which
definitely helped with focusing of Leica lenses on it (I used the 50mm
Summilux and the 100mm Apo Macro). In general, I was never satisfied
with the focusing accuracy of the shorter lenses, and in the end I
only kept the 100mm. I tend to agree with George's conclusion that if
you really want to use Leica R lenses on a digital body, then you are
best off getting an R8 or R9 with the DMR.
