Subject: [Leica] my first Leica

My first Leica was a Rollei 35
With collapsible Zeiss 3.5 Tessar 40mm Lens
I got it in 1990
It was made in 1971 one of the first made
And therefore unfortunately rare
I hate rare cameras;
preferring them medium well.
I got it from a camera repair place in Portland.
Somebody wanted it fixed so they can not have it.

What also sold me on Leica was a Fuji Point and shoot which I actually used
on one of my columns in the paper.

When I got my M6 on 4/11/1993 I was not disappointed.
Except for the size. The thing is way too big.

It says 2 million Rollei 35's were made in 30 years.
