Tina, These are wonderful photos of the market. It appears to be very  
clean and modern. It's quite a departure from the neighborhood  
markets I've seen in China in the 60's and 70's. The Chinese don't  
waste anything. Everything is eaten. And over thousands of years they  
learned how to make everything (almost everything) taste good. A walk  
through those markets was an experience you never forget.
