Good question. I was quoting from their blurb, Here is a fuller quote:

"ADOX CMS 20 has an orthopanchromatic sensitization which
differentiates perfectly between colors. The CMS ?sees it all?. No
green filter is necessary in portrait photography."

I read it to mean it is as panchromatic unlike Technical Pan which was
red sensitive as I recall e.g. highlighted freckles. Maybe the ortho
is suggesting that it is equally sensitive to all colours?
