I've also migrated from Lightroom to Aperture over the last few  
months. I believe that Aperture does a slightly better job of  
interpreting raw files to begin with, and does a far better job of  
managing its image database.

The graduated filter capability in Lightroom is useful and missing in  
Aperture, though.
