It really does come down to personal taste;
as well as tolerance
for where one draws the line
between "photograph," "illustration" and "art"

I have a very high tolerance for Art Photography
when the ART has all the power over the technique.
and
a very low tolerance for art photography
when the TECHNIQUE over powers the art.

sort of like the difference between
