For me, these are "almost there" and that's frustrating, the contrast is
off on all of them, and the image you highlighted I think should have
been either taken one foot closer, or cropped still square, but equally
on all sides so the hatted man is on the vertical third the cart points
towards the cds/ dvds on the floor (but they'd be in the corner).
Quite possibly the  photographer saw the cropped version in the
viewfinder. I can't remember how much masking was present on the one
rollei that I had, I don't know if this one was used with a prism
viewfinder, but just a little bit closer in makes a better composition.

is the most frustrating, the exposure is good as is the focus but if the
photographer had moved around to the left and placed the bike poster on
the top left horizontal and vertical thirds and the woman with her goods
on the bottom right horizontal and vertical third, it wouldn't matter
what as behind her because the depth of field at this distance is so
shallow to leave the poster out of focus and she would have been backlit
against an overexposed background which would be good for wiping out any
distracting details.
