I also just checked "Portraits", we have Marseille, France. Chicago, New 
York, Illinois, lots of white folk in Paraquay, and of course Lancaster, 
Pennsylvania, although the main body of work is in deprived areas there 
are some wealthy Indian wedding sarees in there too.  There does appear 
to Australasia  missing apart from the indigenous people's though.
