Thanks for the comments, Geoff.  The Ferruginous Hawk is one of my favorites 
at the Raptor Center, for his horrific survival story and his unbroken 
spirit.  The non-releasable birds are often part of the rescue team too, 
when a young chick comes in needing a foster parent.
