Subject: [Leica] IMG: Children in Ventimiglia

A new scan from a shot of children playing around a wrecked building

in Ventimiglia, Italy near the French border in May, 1967. Taken with

Leica IIIg and 50mm Summicron:

Hi Henning,

Absolutely beautiful!!! Move over HCB and the rest of that ilk, there's a
new discovery on the block! Classic photograph!!!!!!!!!!!

And think of it as, a shot by a very young guy! :-) Now that has to make you
feel good! :-)

No question, that ranks right up there as a wall hanging art photograph.
Cover for a book on children! And any number of class locations and
situations. Good on you!!
