yes it is.

Being there, independent of any picture taking...

With my coming move to Sacramento, we will be close ...
that is one of the compelling reasons to be enthusiastic about  
Sacramento.

If you can capture in a photo, what you feel and see there, that is  
bound to be a great photo...
