I just tried my first book with www.whcc.com The prices are only a little
higher than Blurb and they ship 2nd Day for free(maybe just in the US
though). Press printed books with hinged option, cover options, and UV
coating.Easy to use software, just move my templates into their site,
simple. More professional services and friendly customer service.

I'll post when the book comes in, which it's already showing a ready date of
6/7!
