Oh-oh, sounds dangerous! There are precedents of Leica finding that  
production items are more expensive to produce in any quantity than  
expected. Hope it doesn't go the same way as the 35-70mm f2.8 R, which  
disappeared almost as soon as it appeared, or the tri-elmar, 35mm f1.4  
aspherical, 50mm f1.2 aspherical........
