The preset is just a bunch of numeric values for the duotone sliders
on Lightroom. The same people put out the same set of preset for
Photoshop too.

Now that I know what the numbers are, I can tweak them myself also,
but the set comes with ~25 templates for different effects. They are
good starting points.
