I had a Pacific Image scanner (not this model) about five years ago, and
found the results to be mediocre. I was vastly happier with the Minolta
Dimage II I purchased as a replacement.

However, they have improved their products since that time.

Anyone used the Pacific Image PrimeFilm 7250Pro3 film scanner? They
rate at 7200 DPI and B&H has it for $519.95 AND a 100 dollar rebate!
Is it any good? If so it's a bona fide bargain.

Jim
