Here's one I shot during the emergence summer of the 17 year cicadas in
Illinois (2007).

This was done with my 50mm collapsible Summicron held in
front of the lens mount of a Canon 10D.  It took a bunch of tries to get one
with the proper focus, but I like it. 

For scale, here I am with another individual.  Photo by my colleague,
Peter Jakubowski.
