Hello Alex,

Thanks for posting the series. I think you need to work hard at moving away
from just shooting what you see and spend time composing the shots you take.
I can't tell from the pictures why they were taken and it doesn't look like
you had a particular idea in your mind when you pushed the shutter button.
If something catches your interest in a scene, you should try and think how
best to represent that interest in a photograph and then move in close,
change your viewpoint or depth of field to emphasise it. One of the most
important lessons I learned is that just because something is interesting to
look at it won't necessarily make a good photograph unless you work at it.
I hope I'm not being unduly critical, there are people on the LUG who are
much better qualified than me to provide advice.

Neil

Well, mostly reading the list, seldom writing...
2 weeks as I'm back from Colombia trip (for work). Stayed a week mostly
in Bogota, however was lucky having few free hours here and there taking
few guided tours (with personal guide) in the city and outside.
My pleasure to present to the community the outcoming of that journey:

and my favorite from there as long as carrying about street scenic photo:

chances this one worth (for me at least, so far cannot brag my a high
hit rate with my Leica photography) spedning some time tweaking in PS
and printing large...

Best, Alex
