I'm a bit belated here, but the 50/2 Zeiss is an excellent lens. The  
50/1.5 Zeiss is not a substitute for the 50/1.4 Leica despite its  
speed. It is much like the old 50/1.5 Sonnar, so it is a nice  
nostalgic lens, but focusing wide open is tricky.
