There are 4 bags there....
2 on the Sides
1 on top of the rack
1 under  the seat.

You might consider the handlebar variety for a quickie ( and not expensive)
P+S.. little protection when you hit something, and you go sprawling
Side Panniers are usually pretty large in holding capacity.... maybe too
awkward as well for a camera outfit
The top mounted Back bag might be best.. it is pretty large, you can put in
more foam to protect the contents, and in a fall, it will not usually touch
the ground... ( Location, location, location)

You will additionally need the rack to mount the top mounted rear bag.....it
does not come with the bag itself...

I have had a lot of luck with Performance branded products..... good
quality, not too $$$
