If Tina uses Lightroom the CD will also have the Mac version on it. The same
serial number works with both Mac and PC versions.

Photoshop can be switched from PC to Mac at a very low cost.

If there's any 'essential' Windows software then using VMWare Fusion will
allow those programs to be run without having to reboot - Fusion requires a
Windows OS disc, but once Windows is installed it runs just like any other
application on a Mac.
