I'm using Neat Image as a plug-in in CS2 - a little complex - which also 
means that it's very versatile - but it is VERY efficient and lets you 
apply sharpening in separate channels too (no sharpening artefacts if 
you are careful).

I have this as a standalone as well - with a few nice little tricks that 
NI doesn't offer - Pure Image
