Flare suppression is very important to me.  I don't like the way that
the six element 50/2 Summicrons flare from light sources that are hard
to see in the viewfinder.  I prefer lenses that flare predictablyso I
use a different 50/2.  My 35/1.4 asph flares, but I can mostly tell
when it is going to happen, so it bothers me less.
