My 9 hens were giving me 9 eggs a day, but two hens have disappeared
this week. I think there may be a coyote around. :-(
I'm down to 7 eggs a day but that's still way more than we can
eat. We give eggs away all the time. Come on my and get some. My
hens eat lots of bugs and lizards so their eggs are very flavorful
with very hard brown shells. My guineas haven't started laying eggs
yet. We plan to get ducks for Christmas (live ones for the
pond). They lay eggs, too.
