Hi Jim,
An interesting moment... By that I mean the car and lights in  blurred 
motion moving through the frame. It adds life to the image. Simply because 
"LIGHT IS THE LIFE OF A PICTURE!"
And without the car movement and blurred lights it would just be sitting 
there like cold water on a plate!
