Frank, Ever work behind a counter of any kind?
If you had you'd not underestimate the rudeness public. People are
shockingly rude not as an exception but as a rule. People, the pubic are
filled with indignant self importance and entitlement.
After a few hours of this abuse by lunch who knows what a person in a cheap
security uniform would feel like and act like and how successful we'd be at
being perfectly pleasant.
That and you know these people are not being paid one third enough to put up
with the flac they get from people day in and day out. Week after week.
I'd walk a mile in their moccasins first before we start making
generalizations.
