WHY? because the lady's face is in profile directly indicating her attention and direction to the male. The second she is looking off to her right and the " close communication" factor is lost! No question the first, even the males face has more of his right cheek in silhoutte in the lady direction! They are equally communicating eye to eye! cheers, ted
