Yes. If the runner starts moving less than 0.1s (or something like that) 
after the gun fires, he/she is DQ'ed. Humans cannot react faster than a 
magic number due to the speed of signals propagation in human nerves. The 
sensor is in the starting block now days for major events I believe.
