You don't need a darkroom to develop Tri-S. You need a sink and about 
$25 of equipment and chemicals at today's prices. Plus a will to do 
it and about 1hr to do it the first time, and 1/2hr later on. Plus a 
scanner to get it into your computer.

C41 film is easier to scan.
