I don't know if you saw my reply to Mark but you can do even better and use
the even more common 39mm. That's what I use. Just be aware they don't screw
in the entire way and don't force them. This is due to thread difference
Mark mentions -- or so I've read elsewhere. Someone will no doubt correct me
if I'm wrong.
