I brought a White Lightning 1200 with me to NY but it's in a closet now for
3.3 years. I have a big heavy light stand to in the same closet. I wish I'd
brought my pocket flash radio control things I'd gotten used to them. They
go in a hot shoe. I'll have to get a long cord.
The trick to using big strobes is using very few of them and not softening
them up too much with a large umbrella or softbox. Not dumbing them down.
