I have an uncoated 50/3.5 from 1936(I think that's the date). I found it 
works quite well on my M8, just don't collapse it of course. I can't show 
any recent images since they are from bridal shoots and the wedding has not 
happened yet so I can't show the bride. Great lens for getting sun flare in 
portraits when you want something different. I do have to really bump up the 
contrast in LR though as an uncoated lens on digital is really flat looking.
