Our friends in ex-Brooklyn lost a somewhat historic 3 story house due to the
tenants downstairs not carefully with unused paint cans left on the porch 10
years ago. It was pretty bad. Fortunately no injury or fatality. Took them a
year or so to recover stuff.

The "joke" around here re: Eichler houses (of which we are living in one) is
whether it is a "5 min" or "15 min" Eichler because they are post and beam
constructed and Joseph Eichler used a lot of well-oiled mahogany paneling.
