No, I think not.  Allows adjust aperture manually indicates that you have a
way to manually adjust the aperture. That lens does not. (No aperture ring)
It uses software to adjust the aperture.

Most micro 4/3 adapters are completely passive, with the exception of  some
4/3 to 4/3 micro that control the autofocus and other functions; I think
those are confined to Panasonic (Lumix/Leica) and Olympus.
