[Leica] EBay Paypal sting - off topic

Sorry to hear of your bad luck Howard.
I also am not impressed by ebay and paypal. I have been a member for 11 
years and have bought lots and sold a little. I sold a bunch of un-used 
stuff when I retired and had my account frozen, was accused of being a 
dealer and was told I needed to give my supplier information before I would 
have my account un-frozen.
This on kit some of which I bought 20 years ago secondhand.
I eventually got my money after sending copies of passport, bank details 
utility bills and receipts of the recently bought stuff.
Nasty.

I would certainly draw their attention to the fact that they have aided 
somebody to steal your train, once you have delivery confirmation.
