Subject: [Leica] Lightroom Catalog Question

This is so confusing, about multiple computers etc. I'm just having a hard
time figuring out how to set this LR thing up on my one iMac. That and CS5.
 ;-)

Cheers,
Gene

Ric it is just that having the catalog editable by multiple machines is a
recipe for catastrophe ;-) Remember you can have more than one catalog if
you want, and that the edit instructions are associated with each file but
do not actually change it.
The images themselves can certainly exist on many separate drives if desired
and LR remembers where they were. If you then move/alter those files LR can
update itself on request.

Cheers
