Hi  Marty
And yes some locations here in Canada we have similar situations. And 
political stability in any country is the ruin of some great cultures of the 
past no question.

If one should be so bold to ask... "What becomes of Afghanistan when NATO 
and other troops leave for them to survive on their own? Sorry maybe this 
isn't the place to get into this kind of discussion, so let's not get into 
to it. Thankyou.
