My only real objection is to the accompanying text:

The phrase

  "using a photograph as a jumping off point to create a digital
   illustration which suggests a work of art"

seems to imply that neither a photograph nor a digital illustration
may be a "work of art" in its natural form, something I assume and
hope was not your intent.
